School Programs

Madison Unicyclists supports schools, physical education teachers, volunteers, and parents who are interested in running a program at a school in their school (during PE, or afterschool). MadUni provides logistical and instructional support, along with unicycles for students to use.

If you have interest in a program in your school, but don’t know where to start, we are here for you! Get in touch.

Current Programs

Marquette/O’Keeffe school group, lead by Jay Garvey-Shay and Jill Cohan. Each Friday during the school year, elementary and middle school students are invited to join experienced and beginner riders in the O’Keeffe field house. Fall practice time TBD.

Nuestro Mundo school group, lead by John Wheeler, Jenni Wolfe, and Brian Anderson. Sessions will be held on Wednesday afternoon in the fall, details TBD.

Marquette/Sunday gym program, lead by Evie Richner, held during Sunday open gym practices. Fall schedule TBD.

Charis Classical Academy school group , lead by Kelly Santiago and Jill Cohan. Fall schedule TBD.

Huegel school group, lead by Jon Bach, Carrie Bach, and Jill Cohan. Fall schedule TBD.
